Reel lites made with reel bulbs not strip lights

http://www.reel-lites.com/Testimonials.html

"Bob, Just sent you a pm. The old style I got from you a year or so ago
out fishes all other lights that I have tried.
If the new ones are like the old ones you could not
ask for a better light". Darin

Reel lites added another 5' wire, no additional cost......Why?

To get the light further from the boat by using a
"swimming pool noodle, or bobber"
so the boat will not spook the fish.

For example: most bass fisherman that fish at night using top water
lures use black lures, like a black Jitterbug....the darker colors show up
more to a fish looking up at the surface from below.

For this very reason I have always had a light colored boat with the
exception of the G3 boat that I had...it was charcoal....my new boat is
platnum color and I have noticed that I can get in closer to bedding
areas without spooking the fish as bad with the new boat.

I am not a expert by any means and do not claim to be one....
this is just what I have noticed and what I think.
Therefore recommended to Bob to add additonal 5' wiring to the lights.

Went to Belews this evening to try out my new light from Reel Lites.
I know its early but I got the fever. Got set up and started catching little ones in 28 ft of water over brush. Caught a few more just under the 10 inch mark. Then finally about 9:00 a good hit. Thought it was a bass. This nice 13 incher. It seems like it has been hard year this year catching them. Learned a few things tonight to take back next time.

"We have had a couple different ones from Cabalas and
Academy, but I really like the one we ordered from
Reel-Lites.com. He makes them with LEDs instead of fluorescent.
It was much brighter than the comparable fluorescent ones. My
cousin actually ordered the light that we are using. We plan on
getting a couple more. They are much brighter and much more
efficient. Great Product!" Adam Hueske

Bob, my light came today(Wed) already. You sent it Mon. I went out to the boat and plugged it in, and I could not believe how bright that thing is. And to think I have the first 612 LED that you have produced.

I'm leaving tomorrow for my trip to get married & fishing for a week or so. I already got the light packed and will let you know when I get back. I can't thank you enough for letting me "Water test" it. All I can say is-THANKS !!! (Crappie 1 ) Larry..

PS Anybody that fishes at night should have one of these lights. Bob will send you a high quality product-for a fair price-and you'll get it quick!!

2.40 amps draw
3,120 Lumens - 122,400k

TIP:
The object of the green light is to attract baitfish......the baitfish then attract the other fish. I anchor down usually in the mouth of a cove ar just off of a point where it drops off into deep water. I set my lights about 4 or 5 ft. deep. I cast my baits just a little past the outer edge of the light ring. If I don't see baitfish moving in under my lights in about 30 minutes I move and set up at another spot.

"Bob, we are finally starting to catch some Crappie under the light. We had 2 that were big, almost in the boat, and they fell off. We did get some smaller ones, I sure love the light. It not only shines around where your fishing, but on the other side of the boat too. Can't believe how bright it is. I had it in the water 10 minutes and had "critters" swimming all around it, then the minnows came in, then the Crappie. My wife & I really had fun. Were starting to learn a little better." Crappie 1

"Bob I got to tell you, I needed to take the guide on's off my
boat trailer. I had my light hooked to the boat battery 15
Min. After it came out of the box. I got under the boat and
laid the light beside me, I had all the light I needed to UN-bolt those guides.
That light is really bright. I can't wait to get out night fishing with it.
I'm impressed and happy with it!" Aka Crappie 1

(CLICK PIC FOR VIDEO)

"Met up with Reel Lites man. He makes Reel fishing lights. Not the usual kind, the LED kind.
The thing that drew me to his product was the low batt. draw. We had lunch a talked about fish attracting.

I could learn a lot from him I hope to be able to chew some more fat with him soon.

Well i took 612 Reel LED light and went fishing. I took this sucker to a river-run res, with stain water at best.
I wanted to give it the real test on minnow drawing!

After about 30-40min I had a school of all kinds under my boat. I set up on the edge of the channel
out from a bay in about 6ft of water. We used fresh crappie chunks for bait.

It was real slow the first hour but about 11pm things started happening.
We were getting fish popping and swirling the surface around the boat and the first rod went off. We
proceeded to catch a half doz. bullheads. ****,
I thought, it attracts them all I guess. lol bullhead action stopped after 30min.
Or so, and we had a solid run and a miss. few min.

Later another run and a hook-up with a 25.5" female channel. 5min. Later another run being a 22" male channel.
A couple 2-3 pounders later and up comes another female channel a
tad over 26".

The fish were still going when we decided to call it a night at 1:00. Gonna try it again to night.

If that 612 Reel Lite can attract in that water I want to see what it will do in clear water!
I'm headed to the trout waters next week!"
==================================================

2nd Night out (from above post)

"Second night was the same as the first but with bigger fish... Bob.
Same amount of minnows, even compeating with the 90% full moon!
The two hogs of the night were a channel almost 28"

"This Reel Lite 612 flat out draws bait!
It will add to your location and presentation."

crappie coming in at 15-1/4

Got these last night using a Reel Lite 612 green. Batteries were dead in the camera, so had to take the pictures when we got home. This is my wife of one month, (Crappie ll) she's holding a 13"er. Fish bit at dark, then nothing after, quit at 12am.
